I don't have 'Microsoft Apps & Services' in the list. Probably that has to be linked somewhere else first....

I tried the three regedits and they helped with one gw/gworkspace account. However, still couldn't get my regular personal gmail account connected. I also looked all through the suggested Google account settings changes, etc..
Finally fixed it:
Opened outllook for the millionth time to be prompted to setup the new gmail account > typed in gmail email/user id > waited for outlook to tell my my browser doesn't support java...blah blah blah... Then I clicked to no > then change account settings where you can change imap address, ports, etc.. I left those default (see here https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7126229?visit_id=638310896909218644-792295660&hl=en&rd=1#zippy=%2Cstep-change-smtp-other-settings-in-your-email-client)
Then I added a check to the two SPA password boxes for in and outbound servers > next and boom, I got prompted for my gmail password > then my 2fa text code and I was finally connected!
