Outlook - cannot add Google G Suite account - javascript disabled?

This doesn't solve the problem for me, as I cannot login to this old "individual" account, so I have to continue choosing between the two accounts. The problem is clearly related to Outlook on Windows (IE 11 in this case), so it should be solvable on the Outlook side. Why it was working so far and now it stops working.

I'm not sure what you can do if you cannot resolve the account conflict. I recommend focusing on that first.
