I am havig exactly the same issue with my personal gsuite domain on my workstation which i finally got round to upgrading to Windows 11. Other personal imap accounts have mounted find but my gsuite account is failing with the "The browser that you're using doesn't support JavaScript, or has JavaScript turned off." error. I have checked internet settings, edge and chrome settings and javascript is ok to run so assuming its something linked to the outlook client configuation. the gsuite account is accessed via browser and windows mail client with no issues.
same issue encountered whether done via the wizard setup or trying to configure a imp / pop3 profile manually.
Have checked with my test public gmail account and it works fine.

skiingscot Same thing is happening to me. This started last night. I can add a regukat google account to my outlook 16 but not a gsuite account. I did notice that there was a windows 11 update that was just installed. Wonder if i remove that will it work again.
