Outlook - calendar meeting not updating with shared calendar improvements enabled

The CEO PA schedules a meeting and it is not updating on the CEO's calendar when on cached mode when the shared calendar improvements setting is enabled. She must be able to mark some meeting as private which only works when the shared calendar improvements setting is enabled. The shared calendar improvements setting is disabled if we disable cache mode.
