Outlook - Account Set Up

I'm setting up a new laptop, bought with Office pre-installed.

I have set up three of the four Email addresses I have long term used in Outlook on another laptop without issue, it accepted the login(s) and installed the accounts, now working.

The fourth, another long term existing Virginmedia (so Yahoo?) Email account, following the same process, keeps diverting to a Microsoft window asking for an EMail account.  ANY email account results in a window insisting I need a business or school account to proceed. I'm not a business nor school user. It did not ask for this with the others!

How can I stop this nonsense please?
