Outllook Office Excel big Log File Temp Folder Disk Space Full

After updating to the Semi Annual channel 2002 12527.20442 -> open any office application -> leave it open for a while -> close -> there is a .log file created in the temp folder (file name: machinename...) which is consuming lots of space.

Also tested in the monthly channel 2003 12624.20466, still same behavior occurred
