Outllook does not receive read gmail.
I've been using Outlook 10 for years withouit this problem, but just opened a 365 account using Outlook classic. I've tried everything Google has to offer but can't fix the problem. Everything works ...
Hi, this sounds like Gmail is being added with POP behavior or a sync setting that only brings unread mail. I’d remove the account from Outlook and add it again as IMAP or Google-connected OAuth, then confirm Gmail settings allow IMAP and are not archiving/skipping messages unexpectedly. Also check Outlook’s Send/Receive settings and make sure no filter is hiding read messages.
