Optus email not loading in Outlook on Windows 11

Emails are not loading in outlook, it is an optus email, computer is brand new running windows 11. The emails will not load in the outlook downloaded on the laptop or on the web-based outlook. I have tried several different combinations for incoming and outgoing server settings.
