Old Outlook interface won't switch to new outlook

My outlook has switched back to the old interface and does not have the option to switch back to new interface. 

I have tried restarting Mac and outlook multiple times. I have tried multiple different WIFI connections and have deleted and reinstalled office to see if that would work with no luck. 

Please help!
