Old deleted repeating calendar entries still appear

The meetings below stick in my outlook calendar (and with still colleagues for that matter) while the organizers have not seen these, repeating, meetings (literally!) in their own calendar for years.

Below is an example from 7/9/2023. Every week Muriel's meeting keeps popping up. Mieke's also with some regularity.

How can this be solved? Thanks for the effort.
