Office 365 files won't open through outlook

Open the temp internet folder - shell:cache is the shortcut to take you there - then open the Content.Outlook folder and delete the contents. You will need to show hidden items in File Explorer. Does that fix the problem?
- Sorry for the insanely late response. But we did an installation repair and that fixed the issue.
