Not receiving Instagram reset links !!

So , It's been a long time since I used my instagram and I forgot my password , 
today I tried to reset my password on instagram , Insta said that an email with link has been sent to my email , but nothing recieved !
tried all the methods on internet, searched the junk and trash with no luck .

Is this a temporary problem happening to anyone else ?
Note : my account can receive facebook and other instagram emails without any problem so it's not blacklisted by meta or instagram .
