No "Add account" in View Settings ... Email account
hi Yong, online in Chrome or Edge is only for your outlook.com account.
for Yahoo, you can add to New Outlook (search outlook in your windows search) or add to classic Outlook
If you're trying to add Yahoo to New Outlook, open and go to the gears in the upper right corner and then look for "accounts" you can add your Yahoo directly.
For classic Outlook, go to File and add account. It will ask you to authenticate with Yahoo before adding.
I hope that helps,
Lisa
Hi Lisa. I login from outlook.com and it redirects to outlook.live.com. They're the same.
What you suggest is exactly what the document I followed says. My problem is that there's no "Add account" link, button, or text. Please see below. (The "Manage" button is for some kind of subscriptions.) Any idea?

Hi again, I checked last night to make sure and the only doesn't allow you to add other email accounts, if you launch New Outlook from your computer it will allow it.
Also take note that your Outlook.com account has the numbers and letters on it, that's from a 2017 glitch so that's not a good login. (just a tip for you to know).

What do you mean by "the only doesn't allow you to add other email accounts, if you launch New Outlook from your computer it will allow it"? Did you miss some words here? By New Outlook, you mean the one where I see View -> View settings ... instead of File ...? As you can tell, I'm already using New instead of Classic Outlook.

The screenshot you showed me was OWA/browser/online Outlook I believe, as I saw the URL.
Yes, the New Outlook and Classic Outlook will allow Yahoo accounts to be added.
Classic Outlook/go to File/then add account
New Outlook/search the computer for "Outlook" and you will see "New Outlook" show up, launch and put it your yahoo email and it will authenticate with Yahoo and add account.
