No ability to accept or join shared exchange work calendar iPhone 11

Have been trying to accept an invitation to an Exchange calendar for my job that was sent to me. It lists my calls for the day, week, etc.  There is no JOIN or ACCEPT showing in the email on my screen on the iPhone.  Any help, guidance will be hugely appreciated.
