New Windows client blocks the taskbar from unhiding

DaveP46 I use multiple monitors. I like Outlook to my left, my internet browsing to the right. I made the screen on the right my main display. I have a 3rd monitor on top also. Outlook is on full screen on the left screen, its still blocking the taskbar, but I can open the taskbar on the two other screens now. Still not a bug we should accept.
