New Outlook
Hi I've tried signing into the new Outlook and it opens ok but it hasn't got all my folders and contents from the 'old' Outlook. Have I missed something or done something wrong. Any help would ...
Hi Angela 🙂, you haven’t done anything wrong. The new Outlook sometimes takes a while to sync all the folders from the old version. A quick fix you can try is signing out and back in, or checking if your account is added as an Exchange/Outlook account instead of POP/IMAP. That usually makes all folders appear. If it still doesn’t show up, go into Settings → Accounts → Sync settings and make sure everything is turned on. Let us know if it helps!
