New Outlook
I manage multiple emails and need to be able to choose the appropriate signature for each one. I really hate that this is no longer possible on the new outlook. Is this something that will be fixed? This is very frustrating!

This is supported in new Outlook. Select Settings, Accounts, Signatures, choose the relevant account, and create its signatures. When composing, select Message, Signature, then choose any saved signature for that account. Microsoft has not published a future fix date because the documented feature is already available. Last week, there was a temporary issue which resulted in the Signature Picker showing only 1 single signature. This has been resolved now and you should have the option to create multiple signatures per account again.
This change in the new Outlook has annoyed a lot of users, especially those juggling multiple email accounts.
In the old/classic Outlook, you could easily assign a different signature for each email address and set defaults for new messages and replies. In the new Outlook, Microsoft moved signatures to the cloud, and right now it doesn’t let you assign different signatures per account the same way. That’s a big step backward for people like you who rely on that flexibility.
The "old" (classic) Outlook will be supported till 2029. Just use it.
