New Outlook..... yet another issue

My client emailed me.  I replied, saying 'see replies in GREEN'.

Then I went through his email and replied with green text.

The client, who is using NEW OUTLOOK, saw the header 'see replies in GREEN'.... but never the replies!  Then, if he double-clicks on the email, it opens in a pop-up and he can see the replies!

Seriously, the new outlook has too many problems and no clear advantage.
