New outlook preview issues

Hi, I tried setting it up for my place of business as we heavily rely on the calendars in the calendar app. I read that the app is being merged with Outlook. When trying to switch over, however, there is an issue, and it will not connect to the email. It just says there was an issue connecting and goes back to the screen for the username/email. When trying to enter the server type (maybe security protocol) all is blank on there, but the highlight will move over two invisible options.
