New outlook not connection to G mail

Question

I have been using new outlook but from 9th September it works ok on Live and yahoo accounts, but has stopped on my g mail account. I have rebooted PC, checked labels as suggested but no success!&nbsp;

Yeah, you’re not alone, new Outlook has been flaky with Gmail lately. Google changed some security/IMAP behavior around that time and it seems to have broken things on Microsoft’s side. Most people fix it by removing the Gmail account and adding it back again, or just switching to Gmail in a browser or the Gmail app for now. Annoying, but it’s basically another Outlook/Gmail compatibility hiccup rather than anything wrong with your setup.
