New Outlook for Macbook group creation issue

Just switched to the new Outlook for Mac.  I cannot access the groups or create the groups, i used to be able to do it in my old outlook for mac.

If I go to Preferences, and General, the "Hide On My Computer folders" is grayed out.

Someone Help..
