ChuaAugustine has been solved on my end as well.
It only works for the Outlook for Web. The desktop version of new outlook does not work, even if you try to click on the set an appointment/meeting.
I believe the issue has been resolved by Microsoft. I can access the new Outlook for both the web and local desktop Outlook application. Thanks everyone for sharing.
