ChuaAugustine has been solved on my end as well.
Access the calendar app from the portal.
then it will open Outlook Calendar, from there you can access your mail.
This workaround works for me.
This worked for me. I was able to open mail after going to Calendar. Any idea on how to do this in New Outlook?
- It only works for the Outlook for Web. The desktop version of new outlook does not work, even if you try to click on the set an appointment/meeting.
- I believe the issue has been resolved by Microsoft. I can access the new Outlook for both the web and local desktop Outlook application. Thanks everyone for sharing.
