New outlook - problem with several email signatures (one mail, several footers)

I have a problem with the new version of outlook. One of the business emails is handled by several employees - each has their own footer at the end of the email. Everyone uses the desktop version of the application. When employee #1 changes the footer (his/her own) to the default one, it automatically changes to the footer for other employees as well. If employee #2 changes the default footer, the footer changes for everyone else as well. There was no problem before, everyone had their default footer set in their version of Outlook and it worked. Is this a bug on the Outlook side or a special action? 

I know that it is possible to manually select signatures in each message, but this is problematic when sending a larger number of emails
