New Outlook - Archive issues - Is anyone else having problems with it?

The new version of Outlook is auto-archiving all on its own for me and I cannot find the Archive setting to fix it.

When I say it is auto-archiving I mean new stuff that I have not even read is ending up in the Archive folder.
