New MS/outlook account

Hello all,

I would like to remove my old outlook email address and replace it with a new one.

I've been trying and failing and at this point I don't even know where  to begin anymore.

I'm not sure if my old address has been deleted yet, when I try to log in it says my account wasn't found, or that my password is not correct and when I try to recover my password it fails.

I also don't know if I have already succeeded in making a new one. I tried a few times but it always seems to fail..

I very simply want to change the address (and my phone nr (which i did succeed in but only seems to complicate the email process even more)

I need to change all this because I am absolutely flooded by spam and constantly contacted by people stalking me.

Please help.

Last question: if I do succeed in changing my outlook address, is it possible to make that new address my address for my windows, or is my windows key forever bound to my old address?
