New Feature: Show or Hide Declined Meetings on your Outlook Calendar.
Users can display declined meetings on their Outlook Calendars.
In this video, I will discuss:
- The feature's availability since it is not available to all users
- Which Outlook Clients have access to this feature
- How users can enable/disable this setting
- Showcase three scenarios to ensure you understand when the declined meeting will appear on your calendar

Feature Benefits: If you decline a meeting and your calendar becomes available, you won't need to ask the organizer to resend the declined meeting details to accept or attend this meeting.

Teresa_Cyrus I do really find value in this feature and also appreciate in outlook I can filter this out. However, in Teams Calendar, there is no option to filter these out. Is there a way I can toggle the view of those declined meetings on and off within Teams or is that feature only for Outlook?
Hi ADelGiorno
The functionality to filter meeting types is currently available in New Outlook and the Web. I think this would be a great feature to have in Microsoft Teams 2.0 as well.
I tested searching on the term "Decline" in Teams 2.0, but the results only showed messages, files, and group chats. I then changed my Calendar View to Agenda, which allowed me to see the status of events, but unfortunately, I was unable to filter on the meeting statuses.
I recommend that you give Microsoft the feedback in two locations.
1. Teams Feedback Portal. Post your requirements and share the link in this thread so others can vote. You will get my vote.

2. In Teams, preferably Teams 2.0, post the same feedback from the portal and provide the link. This way, Microsoft can see the number of votes.
Accessing Feedback in Teams: Select More Options (...) | Help | Give feedback
Thank you for sharing.
