New Account Autoconfigure Pulls Incorrect Servers for IMAP Account

Question

Hello,I've noticed that the new account setup process seems to pull incorrect IMAP/SMTP server information when it tries to auto configure the account based on the email address. I have the correct SRV records configured in DNS for our domain, is there somewhere else that the Outlook clients (seems to apply to Windows/Mac/mobile/Win10Mail) get that information from?

Srv records are pretty much the last instance, Outlook will try a number of other methods first as described here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3211279/outlook-2016-implementation-of-autodiscover

A common issue is cPanel "taking over" the process, if you are using this for the root website check the options there.

Hi Vasil,&nbsp;Unfortunately that logic only seems to apply to Exchange account setup, different logic seems to be used for IMAP account setup and unfortunately I can't seem to find any documentation for it :/
