NEED HELP on lost contacts in outlook 2016

Hi every one last week i had some problem connecting my google and outlook  2016 app so what i did is to remove my account and add it again the problem now is I didn't know that my contact is lost as well is this something we can recover i tried everything , research every ways..but its hard for me....please help thanks
