navigation bar moved to left

Dears, The navigation bar has been moved to the left. How can I change it back to be on the bottom?

Hello MBZ1_, hello all,

What works for me, I've unchecked option Show Apps in Outlook. Looks like this left-side tool bar appears because of it. Restart of Outlook will require to apply changes.
