navigation bar moved to left

Dears, The navigation bar has been moved to the left. How can I change it back to be on the bottom?

1. In Outlook. Click File > Options > Advanced.

2. Uncheck the Show Apps in Outlook option under the Outlook panes.

Restart Outlook and it should be moved below.
