navigation bar moved to left

Dears, The navigation bar has been moved to the left. How can I change it back to be on the bottom?

File > Options

Advanced > Outlook panes

uncheck the tick box for "Show Apps in Outlook"

Save > Close & Restart Outlook. The icons will now be under the list of folders.
