Dears, The navigation bar has been moved to the left. How can I change it back to be on the bottom?

If Coming soon button is gone, "soon" has arrived and you won't be able to turn it off. You can see if you have either of the following keys and change the value to false, but it is just a short term solution.
>>
If the version is newer and coming soon not available, check these registry keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\ExperimentConfigs\ExternalFeatureOverrides\outlook
or
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\ExperimentEcs\Overrides
If you have a value for Microsoft.Office.Outlook.Hub.HubBar, change it from True to False. (This is a temp fix - when it is no longer experimental, this key will be removed.)
