navigation bar moved to left

There is a toggle switch in the upper right hand corner alongside the words "Try it Now". Mine was set to the ON position. I turned it to the OFF position, shut down Outlook, restarted it and the navigation pane was once again on the bottom. I should add there were additional icons in addition to mail, calendar, contacts and tasks when the navigation pane was on the left. Once it relocated to the bottom the additional icons were gone; however, you have the option of adding them by clicking on the ellipses.
