Dears, The navigation bar has been moved to the left. How can I change it back to be on the bottom?

MBZ1_ try to turn off the "coming soon" option on the right top of the outlook. it worked for me.
- rrogerthatMar 28, 2023Copper ContributorThe "coming soon" icon was one of the most annoying feature as I hit it several times trying to close out Outlook. Magically just disappeared recently. Now we're getting a permanent left side nav bar lol
- Craig10Dec 19, 2022Copper ContributorNo "Coming Soon" option appears on my Outlook.
- Dec 19, 2022Do you have build 2211? It has an option that allows you to "snooze" the feature in File > Options > Advanced - Show apps in Outlook. If you have all updates installed and are in Current channel, you should have this setting in Options.
Please vote for and comment on this suggestion - hopefully they will add a permanent solution for people who want to remove it.

Update Nov. 9, 2022
Version 2211 will introduce a temporary option to hide the new experience and return to the classic Outlook navigation bar. If you choose to opt out and see the prompt for feedback, please take a few moments to submit your reasons. Outlook may also invite you to re-evaluate the new experience when new apps or more app-related functionality is introduced in the future.

It's only temporary at this point, so please continue to leave comments in the feedback threads.

tolgac Coming soon option is not there so how do you get it back cant move navigation bar to the bottom
- Sep 24, 2022If Coming soon button is gone, "soon" has arrived and you won't be able to turn it off. You can see if you have either of the following keys and change the value to false, but it is just a short term solution.
>>
If the version is newer and coming soon not available, check these registry keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\ExperimentConfigs\ExternalFeatureOverrides\outlook
or
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\ExperimentEcs\Overrides
If you have a value for Microsoft.Office.Outlook.Hub.HubBar, change it from True to False. (This is a temp fix - when it is no longer experimental, this key will be removed.)
<<- FRUHDOct 14, 2022Copper Contributor"'soon' has arrived" made me chuckle. but then also silently weep since it has happened.
- cw89134320Jul 16, 2022Copper ContributorWorked for me too. Thanks! 🙂
