My outlook rule doesn't work

There is a simple fix for this and you can ignore everything below. patch has nothing to do with that and that's why I love Microsoft. Go to http://outlook.office365.com/owa and login with your outlook credentials.
Step 1. go to settings
Step 2. Select Options. If Option is not visible, type it in the search box below settings and select message option. Option will now be visible on the left
Step 3. Select Inbox and Sweep Rules
Step 4. Click and Delete all rules with number (1) (2) etc.,
The problem is that you have too much duplicate rules
Step 5 Save and exit.
Step 6. Close Outlook, wait a few second and reopen.
Now check the rules in your inbox.
