Patch Tuesday, there was an update to my 2019 Office Pro Plus...and this crap still is NOT fixed.

Same problem here. I installed 2019 hoping it would fix the problem and it did for a brief time but it must have updated at some point and the problem returned. Apparently it has been fixed https://support.office.com/en-us/article/outlook-error-the-operation-failed-when-selecting-manage-rules-alerts-64b6ff77-98c2-4564-9cbf-25bd8e17fb8b but I'm a little concerned that the link above doesn't mention OL 2019. This problem is extremely annoying and time consuming since I have come to rely heavily on my dozens of rules to triage my incoming email. Any fixes for 2019?

    Outlook 2019 is essentially Office 365 but within the newest features. 

     

    Do you have all updates installed? If so, and if you still have the problem what is your version & build #? (I'll ask support about it.)

      All updates installed here, still does not work.

        FIXED!  Finally!

         

        Received a new update today.  From within Outlook, File | Office Account | Update Options | Update Now

         

        Version 1812 (Build 11126.20266)

         

        Outlook rules are now available and running!

      Problem is still remain unchange
