My outlook rule doesn't work

    Until its fixed, there are two solutions: manage rules using outlook on the web. You'll lose any client side rules though. If that is not acceptable, solution #2 is to revert to the previous version (which Microsoft does not recommend.)

      Thanks for your advice. I will try with your suggestion when my outlook is fixed.
