MY outlook error code CAA20002

hi, friends, suddenly my outlook remind me to type the password continusly. but after i filled, it says it doesn't work, need contact my IT. i tried many ways , sourced from internet, but it doesn't help. whatever i do, it says can't connected with the server. 

now i can only use my microsoft 365 mails from webmail. anyone knows the solutions?

    You may also try to resolve this error by below mentioned steps:
    1. Remove your outlook account from credential Manager and connect it again with Outlook.
    2. Check: The Outlook Account must be added to Windows Account Manager.

    If the account you’re using for Microsoft Teams is not listed inside the accounts section of Windows on your device, you might face trouble logging in to the MS Teams app because of the error code caa20002.

    MS Teams app syncs your account details from the Windows accounts manager on your pc. If the account is not listed there, MS Teams sometimes recognizes the account as an unauthorized login attempt; that’s why it blocks the log-in process showing the error code caa20002.

    finally i got it solved. THE it GUY told me to disable the SSL3.0 and TLS1.0, 1.1.
    enable TLS 1.2 and 1.3. Then it works.

      Yes,I have the same problem. Now that IE automatically jumps to EDGE, you can open the Internet TAB by typing "inetcpl.cpl" in "Run" and setting it to TTL1.2.
