My hotmail account is vanished

Hi all!

Since a week my hotmail account has disappeared. Just 'gone without trace'. I used it regularly, so it cannot be shut down because of inactivity. It was linked to my outlook account, wich still does exist. Anyone any idea how to restore my hotmail account? Had lots of mails and pics in it.
