Multiple Outlook Email Accounts - Issue

Hello,

              Just joined the community. I did a search here and did not find a solution.

I'm able to see the 2 outlook email accounts that I have on my iPhone, but on my pc, I'm only able to see 1 account. If I choose to add another account and add that email address, it states that I already have that email account. Any ideas?
