Multiple accounts - NO notice of incoming new emails for each account in the NEW Outlook.

I am highly disappointed in the New Outlook - it does not provide a notice for each of my multiple accounts for new incoming emails.  The old Outlook did,  and the Windows Mail program does too... which is the reason I am highly pissed that I am being forced to use the NEw Outlook.   I need to be able to glance quickly at my list of email accounts (12) and see which ones have new email.  

Is Microsoft going to fix this?   I am being forced to use Thunderbird....  my best substitute,  but I really would like to use Outlook if they'd just fix this one issue.
