MS Teams - Error Something Went Wrong 1001

Please help.

MS Teams stopped working for me recently - I typically access through the app on my Mac.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app. 

I have deleted my cache.

I have an active subscription and can access the Teams app through my mobile app - and can access through desktop.

The app on my Mac won't work for my work account - but will for a personal account.

So this is somehow an account set up issue - but I have no idea how to resolve.

I am a small business with no IT department!

Any guidance would be gladly received.
