Moving OFFICE 2019 to a new computer.

I thought I had asked this but can't find it anywhere!  Sorry if there is already a copy here.   My laptop is a bit sick so thinking so thinking of replacing it.  I remember on previous new compute...

I have Sperry’s Software Power Rules Manager so would have hoped it might have picked those?

If I should reinstall OFFICE 2019, is it possible to update to latest version - obviously for a charge but less than buying a new copy.
