Moving Folder from under Inbox to data file Failed for *Some* Sub Folders ???

I recently re-organized some mail folders , moving them from under the ( Bogus )  email address removed for privacy reasons top level hierarchy to a new Data file.  
I though myemail  @ company  . com would be anonymous enough 
Some of the Sub Folder are Empty and the mail is No where to be found ! 
Where is that mail ? 
Advanced Find for the from address finds Nothing ?
