Move from one installation to another

Following is my scenario

1. Outlook is installed on a PC.
2. This outlook has around 14 Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo & couple of IMAP accounts configured.
3. Almost all these accounts have MFAs configured.
4. This mentioned PC requires to be wiped completely and reinstalled every quarter.

How can I avoid configuring Outlook again and again?

Is there an easy backup and restore option possible using Outlook's features natively or using third-party software?
