Missing notes in the notes section in a particular Outlook Contact

Hi,

I have a user in our company that is missing important notes in the notes section of a particular Outlook Contact.  With Exchange Online, I think you can't restore Contacts.  Is there a way to restore a Contact with the mfcmapi tool?
