Missing entries in the Outlook 365 search pull-down menu

Outlook 365: Search criteria in pulldown menu "All Mailboxes"
There are usually 5 search criteria to choose from in the pull-down menu: Current subfolder; subfolders; Current Mailbox; All Mailboxes and All Outlook Items. For some time now only 3 criteria are available. Is there a switch e.g. in the registry or somewhere else where missing ones can be reactivated?

This is a translation from a German installed version. In the original they are called:
Aktueller Unterordner; Untergeordnete Ordner; Aktuelles Postfach; Alle Postfächer und Alle Outlook Elemente.
