Missing email subfolders

I guess Microsoft is going to force me out of having my email in my MSN exchange account I've had for 20+ years. They've deleted my contacts list & calendar goes on & off.

The brand new outlook does not work, esp calendar.  Tech support yesterday added the older version of outlook on my computers. 

However this morning I find my subfolders in my email are missing and I don't know how to find them. They are urgently important to have as they have paid bills etc.. in them.  PLEASE help me to find out how to get them back.  I'll need some step by step guidance.
