Missed skype calls not showing up in Outlook

Dear,

After the migration to O365 all employees stopt recieving the "missed call" message in Outlook.

After some research i found out that the cause could be:

-have EnterpriseVoice enabled?

-uninstall patch KB3114351?

Does anyone have experienced this issue or knows if above are valid solutions?
